
TRAINING PROTOCOL
The Training Protocol's 4 month online transformation program combines nutrition, strength training, and cardio to give you the best results possible. You will be provided with 4 different workout routines. New routines each month build on each other to avoid plateaus. You will also receive a grocery list, my own personal diet tips, and a few other things to help you with your transformation. This is NOT ONLINE COACHING. There are no check ins or one on one contact with a personal trainer. However, there will be a private Facebook group for those who purchase the program to help answer any questions you may have along the way. I have also included a video library that shows you the proper form for each exercise. This is a comprehensive and detailed program where I give you all the tools to complete your transformation. I've taken care of the guesswork, all you have to do is provide the effort. The program has proven results! Rest assured in knowing it works. It's time to get the body you've always wanted. About 6 months ago I was feeling stalled in my workouts and physique. I saw posts on Training Protocol's Facebook page showing Seth's clients and their progress. I thought why not give his online transformation a try.
I've never worked with a trainer before, but was very happy that I choose the Training Protocol. A part of the program I really enjoyed was the nutritional aspect. I began to see results after I learned what to eat and when to eat it. Along with this each month I was sent different workouts, all of which had a great variety of cardio, power lifts and classic body building. By the final month I could really see the transformation, and was very pleased with where Seth had gotten me. I highly recommend this program to anyone.

Seth is honestly the best. He is so incredibly knowledgeable and available when I need him. I worked with him online and ended up losing 14 lbs! I think the best thing about him is that he ALWAYS tailors your workouts to me and my own personal goals. I've been to gyms where the trainers just throw the same work out at everyone despite their size, weight, goals, medical problems...whatever. It's ridiculous. I can tell Seth that I don't have as much time this month, or that I'd like to get better at a certain activity, and he writes a plan with those things in mind!!
